Carl Patrick Burrowes
According to Virginia Living, the most awesome magazine ever, Carl Patrick Burrowes is a Liberian who is a professor at Penn State University--Harrisburg. The history of Liberia is fascinating. Liberia was established as a colony of free African Americans from the United States. The capital is Monrovia (named after James Monroe).
